Where are Oh!Zuza products manufactured?
All our products are made in Poland, in our own sewing factory in Łódź.
What materials do you use in your products?
What materials do you use in your products?
We focus on natural and certified materials, such as viscose and cotton. Most of our materials are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified – this means that the materials have been tested and do not contain harmful chemicals and dyes.
How to choose the right size?

Yes, we do minor alterations such as shortening sleeves or legs. Contact us by email, phone or write in the comments to the order. Products made to order are not returnable.

“One or more of the products you ordered are currently being sewn...” – what does that mean?
This means that we do not have a given product in stock at the moment – but we sew it for you in our own sewing room, usually within 24 hours.

Yes - by default we pack products in an elegant bag. You can also choose to pack them in a gift box.

We accept card payments, BLIK, fast transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and PayPo.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. When we sew something especially for you, the completion may be extended by 1 business day. Delivery in Poland: 1–2 business days. Abroad: 1–10 days.
