Oh!Zuza's satin nightgowns come in two forms within one collection: a short camisole with thin straps and a longer, long-sleeved nightgown with a collar. Both share the same DNA – a soft, cool-to-the-touch satin weave that drapes gracefully over the figure instead of clinging. We sew them in our Łódź workshop, in a full range of sizes from XS to 4XL.

The short, strappy models feature contoured cups, adjustable spaghetti straps, and lace trim with delicate gold thread. This is a cut that's easy to move in on a hot night – nothing constrains the shoulders, the décolletage is exposed, and the light fabric doesn't retain heat.

Longer, long-sleeved nightgowns reach above the knee, with button closures or a delicate collar with satin piping. The contoured cup supports the bust line without an additional bra, and the straps allow you to adjust the length to your height – this is a detail that genuinely determines whether the camisole doesn't reveal too much or slip off the shoulder.

Cream models also feature lace interwoven with gold thread – a subtle detail visible in spotlight, yet discreet in everyday lighting. Navy versions feature a paisley pattern combined with satin piping at the neckline, creating a more classic, less romantic effect.

Viscose satin or silk — two satins in this collection

The satin nightgown collection features two different compositions: viscose satin and silk in a satin weave. Formally, both belong to the satin family, because satin is not a fabric, but a way of weaving it. Practically, however, they differ in how they feel on the skin, how they are washed, and their tactile impression.

Viscose satin is our basic offering in the Frida and Grace lines. Viscose is a plant-based fiber, absorbent and breathable, and the satin weave gives it smoothness and a slight sheen. A viscose satin nightgown is cool to the touch, doesn't wrinkle much, and tolerates regular washing at low temperatures – this is its main advantage in everyday use.

Silk in a satin weave appears in the Lullaby line – camisoles and nightgowns in a navy paisley pattern, with satin piping on the collar and cuffs. Silk is warmer against the skin, more delicate, and demanding: it should be washed separately, by hand, with a detergent designed for silk. It's a material for special evenings, not for everyday rotation in the wardrobe.

The choice between one satin and the other depends on how often you reach for a nightgown and how intensively you use it. Viscose satin is more practical, silk – more luxurious. Both pair well with satin bathrobes from our offer, creating coherent sets in a consistent aesthetic.

Sizes from XS to 4XL — plus size satin nightgowns

All models in the satin nightgown category are sewn in a full range of sizes from XS to 4XL. This means that plus size satin nightgowns – in XXL, 3XL, and 4XL sizes – have exactly the same cut, the same fabric, and the same finishes as the versions in smaller sizes. We do not run a separate "plus size line" with a simplified cut – there is one collection that we grade up to 4XL.

This principle stems from how we work on patterns. Each model gets a size chart developed separately for the cut – a camisole in size 3XL has different proportions than a long-sleeved nightgown, because the widths at the bust, hips, and length are distributed differently. Thanks to this, an XXL satin nightgown fits as it should, not as "the same, just bigger."

In practice, this means that customers looking for a satin nightgown in a larger size receive a cut tailored to a real silhouette, not mechanically scaled from size M. This is especially evident in models with a contoured cup, where the difference in bust construction between S and 3XL is clear.
